Foul smelling pick n pay chicken

sometime early July i logged a complaint about a 5kj pack of mixed portions of pick n pay brand chicken, which had the most disgusting smell that could not be masked or spiced away, I received a reference number *** . A few weeks after on a Monday morning i received a call. But because i was in a meeting i asked almost pleadingly to be called an hour later. ? ? ? Its the 08th of September I'm still waiting for pick n pays feedback
