Forget picking and paying at this useless ,deteriorated store

the frustrations started when i purchased a fridge online and could not choose delivery option because my area is not listed even though my address is like 20km away from a hyper. The frustration grew when i could not choose a booking slot to collect because all slots were closed(full). However if you walk into the store and purchase a fridge you can just take it ,no booking required .Very retarded way to do business. After i collected my fridge i discovered a issue and that's when i truly saw how pathetic this store is in dealing with customers. I need a technician to be sent but the hold up was a serial number .I can't believe a serial number and model number is not on their system even though it comes from their warehouse. How do these people keep records of what and quantities they stock for reference purposes? It's been a week now and their customer care consultant (CAZ)still have not issued a hisense technician to come and attend to the issue. This was the first and Last time i ever purchase something at pick n pay online.

oh and i think it's downright PATHETIC to earn shopping points of R75 after spending R15k. Luckily i don't shop for groceries and this appalling retailer.My wife thought it was worthwhile having a shoppers card but she learned from her mistake.
