Forget about Pick n Pay and Tymebank

I ordered on asap on 01/09. The order was cancelled when Pick n Pay could not refund an out of stock item. Did not receive my groceries but the money was deducted from my Tymebank account. Their excuse is that they cannot refund to Tymebank. This is the bank they have a SmartShopper relationship with and who are tied to them in terms of kiosks, withdrawals, etc. Bought my groceries from Sixty 60 with Tymebank and no issues. Contacted the call centre 3 times. Agents very apologetic and promise they will call back and refund but nothing is happening. The idea of a call centre is not to be sooth sayers but to resolve issues. Still waiting for my refund and feedback Pick n Pay!
