Forever out of stock

On the 26 I visited pick n pay liquor store at meadowpoint in meadowlands and the was a special on Miller 12 pack selling for R92 and when got there they had no stock of it and I asked for a rain check since it was not the first time coming there for that special and I was told that pick n pay doesn't do rain check and it was not their fault that they have no stock. I was very surprised and disappointed by that managers response and when I told him I'll be writing a report about that he told me he doesn't care and I can do whatever ever I wanted by I will never get a rain check from them, pick n pay has been disappointing me a lot lately and I think I should just part ways with that store and I'll make sure that none of my family members don't shop there anymore.
