Foreign object in wors roll

In 2022 while eating a wors roll, i found a human finger nail and returned it to the shop and i was told they will investigate and get back to me. since then im still waiting even now. when i do a follow up im told the case is still pending. so disappointed at Pick n Pay Southgate mall.
