Foreign insect in pnp branded milk
On the 14th of April my son opened a pick pay brand 1L long life milk, the milk had a bitter taste and asked me to taste the milk , I also found that the milk was bitter we check the expiry date and found that the milk was not expired , we then poured out the milk in the sink and found that there was an object remaining in the carton after we had poured out all the milk , we cut the carton open only to find a strange object which looks like an insect , I called pnp and explained what had happend and asked for them to have it collected and tested, i needed to know what the foreign object was and what effects it had on the human body once its been injested . A lady by the name of Yugeshnee Pillay from head office Kensington arrange for the object to be collected, after a month of it being collected i received no word from pnp and every time i would call her its would be impossible to get through to her . Eventually, she called me a week ago after leaving numerous messages for her . She then informed me that testing was done and it was found to be a mould as they were doing renovation at the time the milk was in production , I then asked her if she new what the effects it had on the human body and she hastily rep**** by saying she would need to speak to their legal team . I then called pnp complaints again requesting for the report of the test to be sent to me and for someone to resolve this query but sadly no word from pnp......................what are they keeping from me .
