Went to buy Data at the store as I would normally get to the store and always get what I a looking for. I was assisted by LINDELWA ADONISI. I told the cashier I am looking for an LTE Telkom data. I said this about three if not even more the LINDELWA ADONISI. She told me that they have the product I was looking for and she punched it into the machine. Me not realizing that I was provided with the wrong DATA that costed me R49,00. Entered the Token number into my cellphone and checked the data on my phone to find out I was provided with the WRONG PRODUCT. Went back to the store and the only thing I was told is "Sorry with no remorse or empath. Just sorry that confirms there is nothing I can do. Called another guy who I believe is their supervisor, and he clearly didn't know what the difference between megabytes and gigabytes is, as he told me Data does the same thing. Because I already loaded the wrong voucher they gave me there is nothing they can do. No refund or provide me with the remaining Data out of the 3 gigs I was looking for. The lady even confirmed the machine showed the product I was looking for. CeaRLY this was not my mistake. A lousy R50 a shop could have sacrificed instead of getting their name on HELLLO PETER. The guy's name tag was Written JACK and wearing a black denim Jacket.
