Fooled me twice

I cannot believe I gave yhe asap app the benefit of the doubt and tried them again after my previous experience after trying them for the 1st time and they failed me dismissaly.

This time I placed an order today at 3pm, its after 6pm and I still haven't received my order and its now telling me the order will arrive between 8pm and 9pm. How is that possible? I ordered only 5 simple items. I honestly cannot believe myself because I have had this ridiculous service before but I thought maybe things have improved. There isn't even an option to cancel the order. This is really a joke
