Food Safety
The Pick 'n Pay at Campus Square, Johannesburg is failing its customers. I bought groceries the day before yesterday and almost every item of food is either stale or already on the brink of being stale. This is something that always happens.
The meat that you sell there is always best before the next day, the yogurt I bought is so watery, I bought cucumber and after a day it's already thoroughly stale, the carrots I bought taste so bitter that I had to throw them away and all of these were immediately put in the fridge after buying them.
Please be aware of the fact that you are feeding people food that is not supposed to consumed and could possibly cause someone to get sick. I am going to further my complaint. The food safety act states that all food must be "of the nature, substance and quality demanded" and this is consistently not met at this Pick 'n Pay.
Bear in mind that there are so many people buying these products. You are slowly ****ing our society.
