Food Poisoning

I am a young man who works hard for almost everything I have. Today I was having a great day which includes many meetings at the office. I had not eaten enough because I was rushing and had many reports to finish which were due by the same day.

Started working at 08:00 in the morning and after long sessions and hard work I had a time to eat at 14:25. At that time I was almost dizzy, hungry and craving a nice grilled chicken. I then went to Pick n Pay since Checkers onces sold me 2 day old rolls.

Bought my piece of chicken (R12.85), 2 rolls (R2.89), green salad (R14.50) and a 100% fruit juice (R8.95). Rushing back to the office you would swear I had left my wallet on an open space full of people. Got into the office and I took the 1st bite of the meat and it never tasted good. I told my friend Njabulo to taste the meat, he said it is on.

Continued taking anoother bite but it still never tasted good, however, trusting PnP it never passed my mind that they have a particularly "rotten chichen." I asked one of my coleagues to taste it and she straight away said it is rotten.

I went to PnP to ask if they knew about this! When I arrived at the branch, they lady that gave me the meat was never suprised that I am here to complain, instead she was not sure what to do. I took the meat rotten as it is I went to ask for a manager. A guy by the name of R. Henry assisted me.

"Sir, this meat is rotten would you taste it please?" I said. He responded no! He took the meat and just smealt it. The reaction after smelling it on his face was like he just smealt a dead rat... Then I asked myself, is this what I have been eating all these years at PnP?

He asked me, "would you like another thing or a refund?" You have wasted my time, made me sick and you do not even offer compensation how is that possible...? He gave me the answer for that, "it is easy as A,B,C!" I asked for my money back.

The worst part that really made me angry was that the asked for my details for their records. I mean, you have delivered the worst service ever and you want me to leave my details for your records, so clever of you. Now I just got back from a Dr, paid R250 for the Dr on behalf of PnP Westville Junction.

PnP Westville Junction, you are incompitant and I really would like to have compensation for my R250 and offer atleast something to me.

Hellow Peter Please assist.

Regards,

Siyabonga

Best PnP customer
