FOOD NOT UP TO SCRATCH

I bought tripe and pap today and my tripe was not cooked well. It definitely needed a few hours still on the stove. I have had this meal before from this shop and the tripe was perfectly cooked. I've noticed that if you come before 1 you get the best batch and after 3:00 in the afternoon you get this hard tripe that's in addable. Clearly high demand for this type of food during the lunch shouldn't measures be put in to make sure that we as customers get our moneys worth? Or even before serving us this below par meat some one check/taste it to make sure its up to the standard that Pick n Pays food is held up to. I am truly hurt and disappointed my food was just utter disgusting and that's my hard earned money and this is not happening for the first time. kindly rectify please.
