Food Expired and Long Queues

Found mould on Pita sold at the Pick n Pay Maponya Mall on the 1st of March 2016 which expired on the 24th of February 2016. At the same time stood a long queue for 1 hour 45 minutes. It is quite clear that during the month end period the demand of customers will increase, if they have done a trend analysis they should be able to know how many staff members should be available. It is unacceptable for one to buy few or more items of goods and stand on a queue for more than 15 minutes.
