Hi

Today I went into your lotus river pnp which I usually do as I live close by. I bought sausage and rolls.

I got home to cook the sausage it was off, my rolls was so stale I could not eat it or feed my freaking child. I’m am so upset because of this. It is not the first time this has happened. A month ago I bought R400 worth of chicken only to get home and the chicken was off the rolls was old yet again at the time I did not have the strength to complain or say anything but this is ridiculous and becoming a norm. I can tell you this I will not shop at this store again

Where is your manager of this store. Not only is the stuff old but the store is dirty. What are your values? I know you not in a great area but come on people work and they come to your store to spend their hard earned money. I am sick and highly frustrated.

Please fix this and I would like a answer on the way forward.
