Follow up on unresolved complaint

Still no response from BP!!!! Even lying on Hello Peter saying I was responded to when there was no such response.

Very disappointing. Can you please RESPOND.

In reference to being unable to enter BP competition in Springs due to issues with bp cards not scanning. Both emails I've repeatedly sent to custimer care and competitions still remain unanswered. Service is SHOCKING.
