Follow up on complaint

I previously complained about pnp milk and they promised to refund me with points I'm still waiting it's 2 weeks now waiting and have milk in my house I went to pnp in Protea Glen but I was told they want a slip and they don't work with pnp in Woodmead so they can't help me I wrote an email again but noone has contacted me from pnp
