FNB Picknpay Burger FRiday Promotion

Pick and Pay and FNB burger Friday Promo FNB and PicknPayFriday Burger Promo is poorly planned. I just bought 3 Combos at pick n pay Sandridge and i was told FNB will refind me because their (FNB machines) are offline. Got home and chatted with FNB agent and that person advised that i need to go back to the store so that the store can do a refund. Right now im so annoyed because this means if i do not get my refund then i bought 2 tomatoes for 13 rand. So annoyed dont even know where i will get assisted. I paid 80g lettice 12.99, 4 buns R20,two tomatoes R12.99(this one here just drives me Mad!! May you please advise on what i need to do to get my R150 refund since i bought 3 Combos
