Fly in my food

I bought wors last week tuesday together with other foods. Only today i decided to cook it and my little brother didnt finish his food, as i was getting ready to wash the dishes i found a dead green fly in his left over food. It was still intact and disgusting. I just couldnt bare the thought that maybe there were more and he ate them without knowing. What if the fly laid eggs and either one of my family members ate them. So wish i could upload pictures.
