Fly in meat

I bought a whole lamb at PNP but when I unwrapped it there was a fly in the packaging i toom it away to pnp to complain about it but the manager i spoke to was not very helpful it was almost like i put the fly in it the manager did change the packet of meat but i was dissapointed in the service and the attitude
