Flies in packed chicken

I am writing this letter to file a complaint against One of your store (PnP Busy Corner Ebony Park). I have been a customer for PnP for over many years and have become a regular customer.

I was doing shopping for a quick braai and only to notice that the two packs on the shelves had been packed with dead flies inside. I mean how does a shop packed an item with a visible foreign matter? I am absolutely disappointed in the level of food hygiene offered by the shop. I had truly high standards for the brand but this has made me to question my loyalty to the shop.

I am attaching the pictures of the food as evidence. I hope that you will take the necessary actions on it.

I tried to call customer service on the day but with no luck.
