To this date, I have not managed to contact Pick n Pay. It's as if they intentionally give you the incorrect number and then change the number every time they send an sms to ensure that they catch you out!

My payment on 1 Jan was never allocated and this according to the business is putting me into arrears and they have handed over my account to collections.

I AM BEYOND FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are you messing with my credit record?!!!

I have not missed any payments and yet you are setting me back.

SORT OUT YOUR RECORDS AND RECTIFY MY ACCOUNT!!!

I am sick to death with poor service in this country and instead of treating the consumer with respect, we toss the consumer aside and mess around.

Rectify my account and sort out my record or else I will report this matter further!
