Five Star Excellent Customer Service from Silvian Majola

I went to Pick n Pay at Meyerton to collect money sent to me through tymebank, The tymecode, reference and voucher did'nt allow me to withdraw the money at the till where I was being helped by cashier Silvian Majola, She then asked tymebank consultant to come and assist at till, unfortunately the tymebank consultant didn't have time to assist than be busy with his cellphone.

The cashier then took responsibility to assist me beyond my expectations,she politely asked other customers on que to continue with their purchases at the next available till so that she can help me timely and in a pleasant manner. More importantly with respect. She asked me to call the person who sent me money to check if the money he sent to me was approved in his side. then my realised that it didn't go through and made another transaction this time around the voucher to collect money was approved and I got the money.

Thank you Silvian Majola for assisting me in a friendly attitude, clear communication, concern, flexibility and empathy. It not everyday where clients are being serviced with your level of empathy. May the God lord be with you in all you do.
