First R500 spent on store account, no R200 discount! + Bad customer service

Good day

I opened my PnP store account a while back and spent my first R500+ yesterday. I did not receive my R200 discount.

I can't log in online as the system gives errors. When I call customer service a only get a computer response (also when I email) and when I choose the option to speak to someone the phone keeps on ringing.

I really like PnP and want to be a life-long customer, but this is pushing me in the wrong direction.
