First prize for worst online shopping experience

Ordered on the 30th from Woodmead P&P, money deducted immediately, supposed to be delivered on the 1st. Now the 3rd and still waiting. No communications from them and don't bother phoning customer care - took five calls over two days to get them to answer the phone and when they do, they can't assist. So thanks P&P for the worst service ever. So disappointing. Will never use their online service again.
