#FIRST AND NEVER AGAINT PICK N PAY ONLINE PURCHASE

Pick and Pay Online Purchase .. So online purchase is the new "Thing" after COVID and etc etc.... Pick and Pay Online Sucks .. bought a Mir***ave 3rd of Feb, next day they say they dont have stock will contact me on the 6th Feb to advise... Bare in mind when I paid for the microwave on the 3rd there was nothing about no stock so if they knew they did not have stock yet they took my money .. thats the acts of a *****... why you taking my money yet you know there is no stock .. ooh and the main part you would expect such a huge name brand like Pick and Pay online platform will show you immediately if there is no stock.... but this is not where my complain comes in .. The monday I had to phone them THEY NEVER CALLED BACK .. then only to hear MAM LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER..... there is no stock ... or no MAM we will follow up and call you back .. and then MAM I dont know who told you but there is stock and your goods will be delivered 5days after order.. so guess what today is 5days after order no sms to say its on its way which means I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN..... firstly they could not answer me and then BAMMM .. MAM we found goods for you courier will pick it up today ...

Firstly, train your agents to pick up the phone with excitement and introduce themselves professionally.

Secondly , DO NOT TAKE PEOPLE's MONEY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE STOCK!!!!! THATS A CRIME AS YOU INTENTIONALLY *****ING MY MONEY!!

Thirdly, treat your customers with respect you wanted my sale now you got it you forget about my importance. We both helped each other .. you wanted the goods to be sold and I needed the goods!!!

Lastly, Relook at your online platform look for ways to improve it you have other retailers which is not even close to the Pick and Pay Brand but online platform is updated, easy and attractive. The only reason why I used the online platform was because I would not have made it in time to go to the shops.
