Fire Monique Woodhouse at Pick&Pay online

It's been over a week and still waiting on a call from Monique Woodhouse who is the Team Leader for Pick&Pay online ASAP. I have left numerous message for her with staff that says she's in a meeting. The store manger Neil of Tyger Valley has sent numerous emails. She has confirmed she will call me but doesn't. This is how they treat customers. They deliver expired goods that has been marked down and charged me full price. I have driven to the store, used my airtime and still nothing. I guess this is why Woolies is the store of choice!
