Finish All in One Auto Tablets False Advertising

<p>On the 2nd September 2016 I received an email from Pick n Pay stating that there is a Smart Shopper offer just for me and that by simply swiping my Smart Shopper Card I can get 10% off of the Finish All in One Auto Tablets (Pack of 40). The offer was valid from the1st September 2016 until the 2nd October 2016. On the 23rd September I purchased Finish All in One Auto Tablets Pack of 40 from Pick n Pay Pavilion, the discount did not reflect and they told me to contact the call centre for assistance. On the 30th September I contacted the call centre and sent the email through, I spoke to Tanya. Since then I have had multiple conversations with her and have sent multiple emails with attachments as requested by her. I was then told by her that R5 had been put on my Smart Shopper card in points, I told her that that was NOT 10% of the purchase and then sent through my till slip and the initial email I received AGAIN! The last email I sent was on the 18th November with a reference number of ********** 878 and I have still not received a response. The service from Pick n Pay has been shocking and I can only imagine the number of other people that have been caught by the same email. It is not fair on the consumer! Please can someone assist in this matter as soon as possible.</p>
