Financial Service

<p>On 25 May 2016 at 17h46 i visited Pick 'n Pay Greenstone to withdraw monies. i stand in the queue, get to the till and enquire if i can withdraw monies. Cash tiller has only R200 in her till and says she cannot assist me. Another employee of Pick 'n Pay states none of the tills have monies!! really??? thought Pick 'n Pay provided this financial service to customers!! I was previously told that ANY CASHIER CAN ASSIST!!!</p> <p>so i go to another Pick 'n Pay employee, presuming to be the manager, states it is month end and everyone is withdrawing monies - yeah i understand but its month end and people are purchasing too, cash in right?? she further states that they are not a bank, i agree but remove your "financial services of this nature" if you cannot accommodate in this manner! this is the 2nd time i have been turned away from this branch with regards to withdrawing monies!!!!!!</p>
