Filty Pick I Pay Promenade

We went to Pick I Pay Promenade in Mitchell's Plain.If was disgusting.There was specials and also on the carton of milk.The milk was laying all over the floor and there were a number of rats running around .Why couldn't it be cleaned when it was so dirty.I understand the shop is full.And this wasn't the first time I saw rats in the shop.What happened to Fumugating??
