Filthy fitting rooms and horrible service

I went to Pick ‘n Pay clothing at Sunward park lifestyle center yesterday. The lady refused for me to fit swimwear, I showed her that it’s lined and the liner is written that it’s for FITTING purposes. The manager agreed with her and I had to call customer services before I could fit

As if that wasn’t enough… they have 3 fitting rooms, but they filled 2 of them with boxes so we can’t use them. I had to wait about 10minutes for one of the staff members to finish fitting things so I could use the one fitting room. It was FILTHY! It looked like someone was sweeping the area outside and shoved all the dirt under that fitting room door, into the fitting room. There aren’t any benches or hooks to put the clothes you are wearing. I had to go home and change before coming back to buy groceries because that’s how dirty my clothes were! This is completely unacceptable
