Festival Mall Pick n Pay Customer service

Took my stove in for repairs as per manufactures warranty on the 20th of March 2022, today is the 04th of April and no one could give me a straight answer as to when I will get my item back. Still waiting for a phone call that may never come, its been a full 3 weeks without any contact from them.
