Female Pageant belts worn by Male staff personnel

I enjoy my everyday shopping at Pick ‘n Pay, however, I have an issue with the male staff personnel wearing female beauty pageant belt reads “Welcome” at the entrance point. Male pageant belts are worn differently to females. I have seen these around PTA East era.
