Female customer shouted by male staff member

I went to store and I stood in the queue and waited to go in. They’ve let at least 30 people out but nobody in. People were actually turning away. Eventually we went inside and I approached one of the staff that is always assisting and asked her why should people wait so long. She pointed me to another guy who then started shouting at me telling me not to tell him how to do his job. I went to one of the managers, a blonde lady and while I was trying to explain the concern the guy cane back and shouted at me again in front of the manager, whom did absolutely nothing!! He turned around and stood next to another staff member and pointed his finger at me! Is this how female customers get treated??? So much for woman’s month.
