Feeling negligent by superiors at Pick n win

Yesterday was at Pick n win to buy grossery only to found out I lost a 5kg goldi mixed portion, green papper,salt and snaks. My problem is dat f I go personal and lay a complain the manangers dont take u serious as a customer. They make sure they defend their poor services . Their services is not good at all bcz t not da 1st time I had a similar prblm before and I tried to talked to their superior and they make me look like a fool infront of customers. I tried by on means to put food on da table 4 my family bcz life is not easy in our days. But, now I dnt have curry for my children. Pick n win need to respect their customer. I even write in their page bt they never bother themselve to respond. I dont knw what I am suppose to do cz I start doing budget b4 I go and do grossery. And I make sure I keep every receipt f I go and buy grossery.
