Feedback on the Expired Juice from PnP

Last week I complained about the juice that I bought at Pick n Pay at tableview Circle East that was expired and I got sick with the juice, the Manager got back and interrogated me, he then said sorry he is gonna send someone to fetch the juice at my house he is working on it. The person who came to fetch the juice to me she came with R50 voucher. Pick n Pay really undermines the customers after risking about my life, my sickness is worth R50. I didn't take that voucher, I would accept the apology without money if they did not have the bad attitude. I will conclude and say pnp customers are bad, they not trained to work well with customers, because that Siphokazi that I met at the store was very rude to me, and I am worried that she doesn't do that to me only. I was a regulary customer at pnp but I will be never be anymore.
