Feedback on Competition issues and challenges

I participated in the Pots competition which i think ran in July-Aug 2018. i managed to complete the number of stamps required for me to qualify. On collection, i was told there is no stock and the store took my details and was promised to be contacted which never happened. l made a follow-up with the store when i realised time has gone and l haven't heard any feedback, only to be told that they called and l did not get hold of me so they cant help me, no courtesy or some explanation. i then called the head office to file a complain that was in september. Today is the 29th November and this matter is till not resolved.
