Fed up with the app.No communication

I am not quite sure on what is happening with the app.Lord have mercy. Plz u need to up your game. Ordered my grocery, never delivered, on the app it shows delivered. No communication, the app keeps on saying preparing. I don't get my grocery and no one is even calling to apologies. I need to call again at the call centre ,don't they know it was never delivered. The app is **** ,no service delivery. If u are desperate, I advise don't use the app , ordering at your own risk .
