Faulty Skateboard Sold To Customer

Good day I bought my son a skateboard a week ago for a gift at Pick n Pat Ottery Hyper Market.He enjoyed the skateboard riding up and down the driveway not even a week later one of the wheel ball bearings came out,I called the branch they told me if the skateboard looks used they can refund it,it's OBVIOUSLY used a child was playing with it....now his board is laying here and he can't play with it,I'm so dissapointed at what I was told,I am a good customer of Pick n Pay I played R400 for that skateboard ,I really wished I could replace my sons gift.....Thank you MR Smith ***.
