Faulty Sinotec TV - Terrible Pick & Pay service

I bought a TV on 5th Sept 2015 P&P Hyper Northgate.<br> <br> The TV broke on 07 Nov 2015 and was taken back on the same date to be repaired on and returned on 21 November.<br> <br> The same TV broke on 24 Jan 2016 for the second time. I took it back on the same date and explained to the service manager named Herman that I do not want the TV back as it is the second time that it broke in 3 months. I requested a new TV or a refund to buy a more reliable brand such as Hisense.<br> <br> Herman promised me that he would fight my cause with Sinotec only for me to receive a phone call from Jane on 10 Feb requesting me to collect my fixed TV. I explained that I did not want the TV back and require a replacement or a refund. Jane said she would call me back...something that never happened. I then went to the store in person to confront the non responses. I was finally taken to who I was told, was the store manager Addy, who promised to take up my cause, as he fully understands my frustration, and assured me that he would contact me 15 Feb. Needless to say it was another empty promise.<br> All I want is for someone to take ownership of my issue and to stop sending me from one evasive individual to the next.<br> <br>
