Faulty Machine

I bought a washing machine last year July on the 3rd at Pick n Pay Greenstone and it's not even a year and now this machine isn't working. The drum doesn't turn even though it fills up with water and my neighbour also has the same problem with her washing machine and they promised to come fix it till today still no luck.
