Faulty heater
Good day I bought a Ava electrical heater from Cleary Park branch 2024 .The heater is still under warranty, but to change is very difficult cause it doesn't work now they sent me from pillar to post .At Pickn Pay Cleary Park Port Elizabeth they say they not a corporate division but a family franchise and at the William Moffet branch they can't help me cause the supplier of this item which is Stingray does not follow the procedures, but as I say it got nothing to do with me ,cause I'm the customer and they have a agreement with the supplier.

29 Jul 2025, 09:29Good day I've laid a complain the 19th July 2025 regarding a faulty heater purchase from Pick n Pay Cleary Park Port Elizabeth which I bought September 2024 which is still under warranty to be replace , but it is looking moving a mountain cause Pick n Pay are not prepared to assist me fully in this matter cause they been dragging this matter cause when the warranty date has expired then they want to return the heater in which I'm not interested by having it back. Therefore I would not refer anybody to buy appliances from them. I am very disappointed in there service as a big company. My contact no.***
