fastt and efficient Staff

I had an accident happen to me this morning while at work- I torn my pants. I ran to Pick n Pay to get a new pair of pants.<br> Got the ,got the pants, paid and I ran back to work.<br> The pants were a perfect fit.<br> 45 mins later I realized that the threads on the inner part of my thigh were coming apart.so again I ran back to Pick n Pay to exchange my pants.<br> I got to the main entrance explained that I needed to exchange the pants which I had just bought less than an hour ago.The security personal just looked at me, idn't think they understood what I was say because I had to repeat myself about 3 times.Eventually I was direct to the kiosk counted .I asked to exchange the pants.Another lady Crecy (I think it was ) was paged via the PA system and responded immediately.I explained the case and with a smile said I could go exchange my pants.I did so and on my return she was still waiting for me.Asked if I had found my size and if the pants are ohkay.We need more people like Crecy in the retail/service industry.She was so pleasant and really welcoming.<br> Thanks Crecy you are a star ;-)
