Fast and Friendly Service with a sense of Urgency

About 30 minutes ago I was at Pick n Pay Goodwood, buying groceries, and got to the checkout till to pay. I bought Milo and milk and expected to pay for them separately which I did. I was then told by Cynthia M that there is a special running whereby if you buy that specific item, you get milk free. I had no idea about this and had already paid for everything. She then held up the till, went herself to the specific aisle to get the milk and came back with a smile on her face. When I had expressed that I did not want Fat free, but she should get Full cream, she rushed back and came back in a matter of seconds, still with a smile on her face.<br> <br> Firstly, she let me know about the promotion, even when I had already paid for everything.<br> Secondly, she made me feel like a star by holding up a queue in order for me get that service.<br> Thirdly, she did NOT take her own sweet time getting the milk, but within a matter of seconds came back.<br> Fourth, she was willing to go back again because I was unsatisfied.<br> Fifth, she smiled all the way.<br> Service of this excellence which is absolutely above par is rare. Any customer service company would be glad to have a person of this calibre in their field.
