Fantastic service from Call centre agent. Superb, thank you

This review is specially for a call centre agent who assisted after so many failed calls and lack of support from Pick n Pay shop in my location. My smart shopper card was damaged and needed a new one. Activating the new car a mission impossible with the Pick n Pay WhatsApp (that bot doesn't work). Please recognize this employee for her outstanding supoort and help on the last hour of the day after we failed with RCS as we had to hold more than 30 minutes to get help.
