Fantastic service and empathy

<p>I went into Pick n Pay Little Falls, 15 July, with my three children. My daughter accidently stubbed her toe and it started to bleed. I asked one of the staff if they had a tissue. He looked at her toe and he asked us to follow him to the first aid station and then to the Pharmacist, where it was treated. I then carried on shopping. The gentleman who helped us came to find me and asked how my daughter was doing (I regret not getting his name - all i can say is that he was at the vegetable weighing section).</p> <p>This act of kindness, willing to assist and empathy was phenomenal. It is this reason that i will do my shopping at your store from now on. Service like this is extremely rare, especially in such a big shop.</p> <p>Congratulations!
