Falsely accused

On the 4 of October my wife went to go buy some groceries at pick n pay steeldale as she came to the till to pay, the packer started accusing my wife of *****ing out of pick n pay on the 25th of September.. After asking to view the footage of the day in question it was clear that my wife was cleared of the allegations made against her. After repeated attempts to contact the manager as to find out what steps would be taken further as my wife was humiliated in front of my kids and paying customers nothing happened not phone call nor an apology It has also come to light that this is not the only time this year that a customer was accused falsely by staff working in the shop..
