False promotion

To whom it may concern

I as the customer of picknpay I have entered the vivo cookery competition, I have been buying and collecting the stickers, I have collected all 90 stickers, of which I'm suppose to get 6 vivo crockery set as promised. I have went to Maponya mall PicknPay on the 3rd of August to submit my stamps I was told that the vivo crockery sets were not available, we were advised to come back on Thursday(08-08-2019) I went back I was advised that they still waiting for the vivo crockery set to arrive we must come back, on the 14th I sent my daughter to go check, she was also advised that they still waiting for the delivery. They took our contact numbers but they don't communicate with us. I as a pensioner I feel like this was false promotion and marketing strategy, now I have to use the money I font have to keep on going to Maponya mall to check with them. As a customer who have collected the stamps, and went to Maponya Mall PicknPay before the closing date of the promotion I would like to have my vivo crockery set. Thanks Lulama-***
