False promised 10year vouchers

As loyal and long time client of PnP, I was excited to receiving their 10 year, 10 vouchers promotion. 20% off on so many products can only add to ones liking for them. I immediately loaded the vouchers on my card and even received the confirmation email that all was successful. Even greater was my disappointment when I received no discount with my next purchase. - The cashier had absolutely idea about the loyalty promotion and the same for the manager! The poor manager tried to move mountains to try and assist, but was unsuccessful. Refund, ring up, refund ring up... When he contacted Head Office, they said that it should work, but after an hour I left without my promised 20% discount. PnP, I expected more of you as the 10 years of loyalty highlights. Do not make promises to your clients without being able to follow through. Thankfully, Port Alfred also has a great Super Spar.
