False Discounts

I have been experiencing no discounts from Pick n Pay smartshopper discounts from two Pick n Pay Stores: Midway Mews and Sandridge Square. On average the smartshopper experience is excellent but even when the discounts have been loaded on the card it does not provide the required discount even if it is the correct product. The staff at the stores are ******** and unapologetic when the discount does not reflect. Thrice I just work away. If it continues I will definately find an alternative retailer for my grocery needs.
