False ASAP advertising by Pick n Pay

Pnp advertised get R100 credit if you spend R350 on ASAP. This was false advertising as it never materialised. About 40 emails later the agent cannot understand what is happening. This should not be a time-consuming exercise as it has been. There are many other consumers that have also been misled but don't have the time to constantly follow through.
