I bought a TV online as click and collect, which I chose Northgate branch. When I went to pick n pay Northgate on the 27th, Both Thami and Daniel claimed to be not even aware of Anything that was advertised online. Daniel even told me he was not with me when I place the order online so he can't help. Thami told me he cannot take accountability for something that he was nor told by whoever advertised online. And as per their records they didn't receive the TV I ordered online. And the TV I'm talking about they called other branches they all have the same problem none of their customers was able to get the stock, despite that pick n pay took the money.

27 Apr 2024, 18:41I would really love to hear from, specially that you still continue to advertise an Item that all the stores and your online customer care representative confirmed that you don't have stock and from Friday morning but you still have it advertised and still allow people to buy, which you hold their money and make is unable to buy from your competitors because our funds can clear after 2-7 days. Please be free to contact me and explain how will I able to take advantage of using the funds that you took while knowing you don't have stock.
